If you want to be happy, all you have to do is smile.

Try it. It won’t happen instantaneously, but if you keep smiling for 5 minutes, you’ll feel better.

A guaranteed way to become unhappy is to frown…so never frown… smile instead!

I don’t know if there’s a software bug in your brain or if it’s an emotional anchor… but it works. My girlfriend hardly ever smiles unless she’s laughing or I ask her to smile. Never just because. I always tell her that if she’d just TRY it, it would work. It works for me.

When you’re walking somewhere, standing in line, driving, sitting in a restaurant, or whatever…smile. You might think people will look at you funny, but they won’t. It’s all you.

You might be self-conscious about smiling for the first week or so… but if you can get past that one week, you’ll smile a lot more than normal…and you’ll always be in a good mood.

Smile anytime you WANT to feel good. Smile after a successful product launch. Smile after you just got paid for that product launch. Smile anytime you learned something or did something right.
